If you are a Service Operator with Health and Safety issues that you want to bring to your local reps attention please contact them directly or fill out the below form and your rep will be in touch. If it is relating to a faulty piece of equipment or building issue, please ensure that it has been reported to the relevant channels such as FRC and include any job numbers in your correspondence.
If the issue possess ‘serious and imminent’ danger which cannot be reasonably avoided, remember you have a right to leave work and refuse to return to work under section 44 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. If you have done this please inform your local H&S rep at your earliest convenience, include why, where the issue is present, if any resolutions have been offered and any relevant job numbers.
